NXT Divas Will Not Be In WWE 2K16 Even As DLC

2K Games made a very disappointing announcement today confirming the famous NXT divas such as Sasha Banks, Bayley and more will not be in WWE 2K16 at all.

2K Games made the announcement on the official website. They said they pushed hard to include Sasha Banks, Charlotte, Becky Lynch, and Bayley in the game, but it “did not work out for various reasons“. The worst part of the news is that they won’t be included as DLC either. They didn’t mention Alexa Bliss, but looks like she might not be in the game too.

Many people noticed that Sasha Banks got scanned earlier this year. On Facebook, 2K said they scan everyone they can, but this does not mean they’ll be in the game. Scanning just means they’ll have the data in for future references.

2K however tried to save face and said WWE 2K16 has the largest ever Divas roster in history. There will be a total of 13 playable Divas. They are hoping to add more Divas in future WWE 2K titles instead. Many people pointed out that all of the “Total Divas” cast made it into the game though.

This is very disappointing news as the NXT Divas are a part of the current WWE roster now. All of them have also been in the company long enough to be included too…
